What is Canviq?
Canviq is a PMF (product-market fit) measurement platform built for pre-seed to Series A B2B SaaS founders. It implements the Sean Ellis PMF survey methodology — the same approach used by Superhuman, Slack, and Notion to validate fit before scaling.
The platform does three things. First, it deploys PMF surveys via a lightweight JavaScript SDK (<50KB), in-app widget, or email link. Smart targeting ensures only users who have engaged with the product at least twice in 14 days are surveyed — the threshold Sean Ellis recommends for meaningful signal.
Second, it tracks your PMF score in real time with trend analysis, auto-segmentation by persona, and a High-Expectation Customer (HXC) profiler that surfaces your most engaged users for qualitative interviews.
Third, it closes the loop automatically. Low-score responses auto-create GitHub issues. Users vote on what matters most on a public feedback board. Product decisions become grounded in evidence, not intuition.
Canviq also exposes an MCP server, enabling AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT) to deploy surveys, query PMF scores, and trigger workflows programmatically — without opening a UI.
